Greg Petree – Greg is the manager of Ascent Home Loans' office in Chattanooga. Greg started in the mortgage and real estate business in 1987. With his college business education and hands on experience in the industry he is well qualified to handle most any situation. Greg was the owner and founder of Express Mortgage and was happy for the opportunity to develop a relationship with Ascent Home Loans. Ascent provided the back-up that was needed in this environment to close loans quickly and efficiently with much less stress for our customers. We needed underwriters that could make sound, common-sense decisions based on real time information. Ascent has given us that and more, making it exciting once again to be in the mortgage industry. Ascent is licensed to do business in many states but we primarily do business in Tennessee and Georgia. We strive to help anyone taking the path to home ownership and will advise alternate routes to get there if needed. We also help streamline refinances to meet most needs and help with debt consolidation as well as shorter terms and lower rates.
